spirited hospitality since 2015
Drinkable Genius was founded as a new kind of hospitality consulting, where the “why” of each detail is considered along with the “how”.
Owner Chelsea Gregoire, a decorated hospitality veteran, shares their commitment to inclusivity and their passion for well-crafted beverages and experiences with each client. The final result is a fully developed program that demonstrates compassion and inspires a thirst for knowledge in ownership, employees and guests. It’s been almost five years, but there is much more work to be done.
services
Drinkable Genius prides itself in being able to serve in many different roles. Below, you’ll see the things we most love doing for our clients, but if you have something else in mind, never hesitate to ask.
unique beverage programs
It’s in the name: Drinkable Genius is all about crafting genius menus of beer, wine, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options. We curate with you, so you can be proud of the result.
Front of the house
Like the kitchen, the FOH needs systems, protocol, and processes to work well. Drinkable Genius will help you determine what is needed to execute your special brand of service.
mentorship for managers
Your managers need support, too. Invest in their abilities by using Drinkable Genius to craft realistic job descriptions, paths to advancement, and mentorship to be better leaders.
creative events & classes
Whether you are throwing an event for yourself and five friends, or 250 people, Drinkable Genius is here to help you stay in budget and have an incredible time.
training, education, & More
Staff training shows your team that you are invested in their future, and it brings your establishment to the next level. We believe that training and education is fun and fundamental.
equipment & ergonomics
Drinkable Genius brings their industry expertise to the table to help you select the best tools, equipment, and layout at the earliest phases, so you can be safe, efficient, and successful.
how does it work?
First, you schedule a consultation to meet Chelsea and share your vision.
Second, Chelsea prepares a scope of work and an estimate for your project.
Third, you and Chelsea audit the scope together, until the vision is honed.
Finally, once all the edits are made, a contract is signed, and we get to work!
